Agreement

These terms govern your use of the PriceErrors mobile apps and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What PriceErrors Is

PriceErrors aggregates and reports suspected pricing errors, glitches, clearance events, and freebies found at third-party retailers. We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any retailer we mention.

No Guarantee That an Order Will Be Honored

This is the most important thing to understand before you buy anything you found through PriceErrors.

A price error is, by definition, a mistake made by a retailer. Retailers routinely cancel these orders, refuse to ship them, or reverse the charge — and they are generally entitled to do so under their own terms of sale.

We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, still available, or that a retailer will honor your order. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer. Any dispute about an order, a cancellation, a refund, or a shipment is between you and that retailer.

Deals are time-sensitive and are frequently corrected within minutes. Information in the app may be out of date by the time you act on it.

Subscriptions and Free Trials

Full access to the deal feed, the community, and real-time alerts requires a paid subscription. Weekly, monthly, and yearly plans are offered. Current prices, trial lengths, and renewal terms are always shown in the app at the point of purchase, in your local currency.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Cancelling a trial before it ends prevents a charge.

Manage or cancel a subscription in the store that sold it — Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions, or Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their own policies; we cannot issue them directly.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use PriceErrors. Provide accurate information when you register.

Community Posts

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and distribute that content within the app.

Do not post:

• Personal information about yourself or anyone else — phone numbers, addresses, or private contact details
• Referral or affiliate links presented as deals
• Content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, harassing, or infringes someone's rights
• Spam, malware, or links to either

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can delete your own posts at any time from your Profile.

Acceptable Use

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our deal data; attempt to bypass the paywall; interfere with the service; or use the app to break a retailer's terms or any applicable law.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any deal will be available or honored.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PriceErrors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost purchase, cancelled order, or missed deal. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using PriceErrors and delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
